Warranty

All of our treadmill belts come with a 1 year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from use; damage through abuse, neglect, misuse; or as a result of any accident, overloading, improper installation/misapplication, or product alteration.

All of our control boards come with a 1 year warranty when installed with a new walking belt. If your original control board has stopped working, it is important to identify the root cause of the failure and fix it before installing a new control board. In most cases, motor control boards fail due to overheating, caused by a worn out walking belt. It is highly recommended to replace the control board and walking belt together.
