Shipping Policy
We ship in Canada with UPS Standard, and ship internationally to all countries using international and country-specific shipping providers. All shipments include tracking information. We offer live shipping rates at checkout for our shipping options. Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping providers' standard delivery times, and are not guaranteed. In-stock items ship out in 1 - 2 business days. If an item is out of stock or made-to-order, it will ship out in 2 - 4 weeks. All items ship from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Additional charges such as Duties, Taxes, Tariffs, and/or VAT for shipments outside of Canada are additional and will be billed to the recipient.
Return & Exchange Policy
We provide refunds for products that are returned to us in new condition and in original packaging less any shipping charges within 45 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Outbound shipping is non-refundable. Once parts have been installed and used, they are non-refundable.
If you ordered the wrong belt for your treadmill and want to exchange it for a different belt, we provide exchanges for products that are returned to us in brand new condition and in original packaging less any shipping charges within 45 days of purchase. Exchanges for "Extended Delivery Time" items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping and outbound shipping for the exchanged item is the responsibility of the customer. Outbound shipping on the original item is non-refundable. Once parts have been installed and used, they are non-exchangeable.

Fit Guarantee
We guarantee our products will fit your treadmill when our model number and/or serial number description matches your treadmill. If we are at fault for a product that does not fit your treadmill due to an incorrect description or the wrong size provided, we will provide a replacement free of charge with no extra costs. With our fit guarantee, it is your responsibility to confirm that the model number and/or serial number description on the product page matches your treadmill - if you're ever unsure, just Contact Us and we will help guide you to the right product.
