Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship to Canada and USA with Economy and Standard shipping options, including tracking information, for all of our items. We offer live shipping rates at checkout through various service providers such as Canada Post, UPS, and Fedex. Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping providers' standard delivery times, and are not guaranteed. In Stock items ship out from our warehouse in 1 - 2 business days. If an item is out of stock or made-to-order, it will ship out in 2 - 4 weeks. All items ship from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Additional charges such as Duties, Taxes, Tariffs, and/or VAT for shipments outside of Canada are additional and will be billed to the recipient.

Return & Exchange Policy

We provide refunds for products that are returned to us in new condition and in original packaging less any shipping charges within 45 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Outbound shipping is non-refundable. Once parts have been installed, they are non-refundable.

If you ordered the wrong belt for your treadmill and want to exchange it for a different belt, we provide exchanges for products that are returned to us in brand new condition and in original packaging less any shipping charges within 45 days of purchase. Return shipping and outbound shipping for the exchanged item is the responsibility of the customer. Outbound shipping on the original item is non-refundable. Once parts have been installed, they are non-exchangeable.

If we are at fault for a belt that does not fit your treadmill due to an incorrect size or description, we will provide a replacement belt free of charge. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are here to help ensure you have a great experience shopping with us.
